Hi, Glad you like the app. The website describes this display (link in the description ). Basically M = monthly and W = last week's average HRV. The number in the circle is the current measurement. Email if you need anything else. Regards, David

Very impressed. Using this on a Venu 2 and it's on par with an HR strap / app combo. Love the customizability and ease of use.

Will the app also upload data to Garmin Connect? If so, how should I find this?

All seems fine so far. Just curious, may have been answered already but will the app automatically switch to my HRM reading when I am wearing it? And use the watch sensor when not?

Hi Andrew, Rather than leaving a poor rating you'll get a better response by emailing me to debug your issue. Please a) read the instructions and b) check that the FIT Write option is enabled. this and release 1.1.2 seems to work on most devices

The HRV trend screen only shows me a number for w. I’m assuming that’s for women vs men. I’m a male and can’t find where/how to change that. Thanks.

Excellent application. It will take a while for me to understand all the details, but it is still elegantly prepared and explained. Well thank you. I would welcome the ability to turn off sync to third-party applications such as STRAVA (Appears as 5 minutes activity)

Great app. Very relevant and easy to read data. Use it everyday to monitor my freshness… Besides all those great features and reliability, in the one or two occasions I needed support, it came fast, friendly and solution oriented 5 stars…

Love it! What does long and short mean on one of the stats page?

Hopefully explained on the website. Long beats are those longer in duration than “expected” given the preceding ones by the threshold amount. Short is the reverse. Typically an ectopic beat would be a short or long pulse followed by a compensating catch up beat. These can be clearly seen on the II Plot if they occur. Regards david

Great app! Never knew anything about HRV. Your app introduced me to the concept of managing HRV. Love the interface and the way you are presenting it! Just some questions... It's there a way to export all the history data out for backup? Also, want to know if the trend data report can be viewed from the Garmin phone app?

Hi Rajesh, Thanks for the review. The data displayed in Garmin is in the FIT file so available for all tests where this is created. The blog also explains how you can create a TXT file to see what the app is outputting and this should have the tests results and history table. I haven't output the trend data in an easy to use format but could look at this in the same file.
