Temperature Adjust

Temperature display that estimates an adjustment to compensate for the bias created by the wearers body heat. The adjusted value assumes the device is being worn and subjected to the surrounding air (not tucked under 3 woolly jumpers!) It is I think impossible to accurately create an adjusted value, there are too many variables and most the device does not have knowledge of, but in my limited testing it has returned quite sensible results and certainly closer to the actual ambient temperature than the sensor reading. The sensor reading is also shown since if you're not wearing it or you're in water then that would be the preferred reading. </p>

1.0.1 Adjusted conversion (reading too low) based on feedback and further sampling

Does not work on Fenix 5x Plus. The adjusted temperature is always lower by at least 5 grades Celsius than the external one compared to a real thermometer. On F5 it was very well. Can it be solved?

Hi Enrico, Sorry to hear that, I've no idea why that would be and unfortunately i don't have a fenix 5x plus to test it on. Maybe a variation in the thermometer position or influence by the battery size. You say a 5c difference but the calculation is not static, the warmer the actual temperature the less deviation is applied, so i can't simply adjust the figure based on that info, i need to understand how it is across the range. I'll have a ponder but I'm not sure there's a quick fix i can apply.

Works very well and accurate. The “adjusted” temperature reading in this app is on par with other external digital thermometer I have compared it to.

Assez précis. Mais désinstallation consommation batterie importante.

Unfortunately no option to calibrate the widget by ourselfs, like the sei watchface has.

Nice Idea, but for me shows to low value (4 degree Celsius). Like the Barometer sensor of each watch, the factory calibration of the sensor might not as exact. And it mght every watch modell reacts different to others. So we definetly need an option to calibrate the widget ourselfs, to get „exacr“ values as close as there are possible. But thats a great start. Thanks for this widget. Cheers

Thanks, I do agree with your points and I will look to refine, are you saying that it was adjusted 4c lower than the actual temperature, do you know what the actual temperature was at the time by any chance, the more data I get the better....
