My new Garmin 245 just stoped syncing with Spotify. I have tried everything from deleting the apps and reinstalling them to restarting the phone and watch. Very disappointed to say the least.

Was so excited until it wouldn't connect to wifi dispute wifi being connected. Tried again and got IQ !. So frustrating. This was one of the main reasons I bought the watch. Please fix it!

This has completely stopped working. I've wasted so much time trying to fix it, uninstalling, reinstalling, unpairing my device, pairing it again, resetting, etc. Then it wouldn't authorise for god knows how long! Now it's authorised and we're back to sync fail. What is going on??? Fix this ASAP please. It's clearly been going on a while based on other reviews and this is pretty unacceptable.

even when it works it is bad can't auto-sync podcasts? Spotify is terrible for podcasts. Music when it works is ok - but sluggish - so back to running with phone.

with the Forerunner 245 Music the App works, but by downloading of the Playlist it give an failure. The last title in the playlist cannot be downloaded and it give a synchronisation error. For example, by a playlist with 74 titles the download abort by 98%, by a playlist with 16 title he aborted by 93% and by a playlist with 2 titles he abort by 50%.

What the hell is going on with this App? One of the main selling points of the Fenix 5s has now been rendered useless! I can't uninstall, and I now can't log in!! Sort it out!

Stopped working. Does not connect to wifi even though wifi is added and works if I do test wifi. Playing a synces playlist does not work anymore.

Like many others it seems I was having issues doing anything with Spotify, I think it was after the last update. The fix in the end for me was uninstalling/reinstalling the Spotify app, but the key in that was getting the prompt to sign-in again to Spotify within Garmin Connect on my phone. Once that happened everything in Spotify has worked fine since.

I have the most recent update (4.0) on my Vivoactive 3 music, everything worked fine until my run today. Spotify froze during the run and for some reason it stopped the watch from saving any of the run data. The watch still shows the run and distance, but all other analytics data was gone and it wouldn't upload to Garmin connect during sync.

Come on guys, where is the update? I'm still getting Bluetooth error when I try to download podcasts on my forerunner 645 M (since 4 weeks). I can't even uninstall the app which is mildly infuriating.

Doesn't work. I get a prompt on the watch that says IQ and an exclamation mark. No further info. Tried to open IQ connect on the phone to see if that would give any further clue but it just looks ok.
