Not working on my new Fenix 6s pro. Tried re-installing it but still the only thing I get is the IQ sign with an !-mark

You can use the Contact Developer button to reach out so we can try to figure out what is wrong.

Not working despite reinstalling the app - just getting IQ! error. Can’t even contact the developer as I’m getting an error when trying to send a message too

Can you try using the "contact the developer" button on the Connect IQ Store website instead of in the Connect IQ mobile app?

I liked it when it worked, but now it shows IQ! when I try to use it on my watch.

Can you try reinstalling the widget? If the problem still persists, use the "Contact Developer" button under app info to receive assistance.

Keeps blocking other apps on garmin connect, constantly having to reset my watch. Not worth it.

It is unusable for me unfortunately but it could be fixed pretty easily. I'm male but I'd like to know where in a cycly my partner is, without needing to change my gender on Garmin account.

It asks me to sync with Garmin connect instead of Connect IQ otherwise it won’t work. If I sync with Garmin connect other apps won’t sync

Despite having the widget and it working perfectly on my phone. It just doesn't appear as a widget on my watch, which almost defeats the point since I can't update any of it from my watch

I am logging my symptoms on my watch, but when i sync my watch to my phone, it is not transfering my symptoms. So it's pointless of having the widget on my watch. Takes all the convience away.

Love it ! Easy to catch up, easy to use. I definitely removed my previous app on the phone. The only thing to check is to have a watch adapted : didn’t work on my fenix 5 but worked on my fenix 5+ & 6

The app doesnt appear on my connect app (android) only on my watch, so i cant set it up.

Ensure your gender is not set to male and that you have the most recent version of the Garmin Connect mobile app installed on your phone. You should then be able to set up the Menstrual Cycle Tracking feature by going to the menu, selecting Health Stats, then selecting Menstrual Cycle.

Svært at vide hvordan man bruger den uden manual. Man kan plotte dagene ind, men den opgiver forkerte forudsigelser selvom man giver periode længder.

Not very good. Has me way off on my cycle when I put the proper dates in the calendar. Can't change it back.

Renee Copeland

It is so difficult to change the dates of your period. I accidentally pressed something on the watch one day which began my cycle on my watch and there is no where for me to edit it.

The "Period Day" row toggle at the bottom of the category selection menu lets you decide if the current day is a period day or not. If it's still the first day of the new accidental cycle, you can mark today as not a period day (set the toggle to off) and it should cancel the current cycle, resuming your previous cycle. If it's past the first day, you can edit your cycle in the Garmin Connect to correct it.

My cycle is set to 28 days but the calendar stays put on 31. Tried to reinstall, off/on.. etc Nothing seems to help. It's a shame cause garmin needs a decent cycle tracker.

Will it be compatible with fenix 6s pro and iPhone devices...? Cause in app info there isnt 6s pro but on „compatible devices” it is.

The Menstrual Cycle Tracking widget is compatible with the fenix 6s pro. To access the menstrual cycle tracking feature on your iPhone, ensure you have the latest version of the Garmin Connect Mobile app on your phone.

Nice, but would be nicer if you can put it from menstrualstatus to pregnancymeter. Something like if you put it in pregnancy status it wil start to count your pregnancy weeks+days from de first day of your last registered menstruation. Hope you understand what I wrote in my best english

1) It does not work, in App (android) OK, but in watch nothing. 2) it does not work for man, I have to change my gender in web setting? Why? If I´d like to track my wifes period, I can't do it.. Please change it ,-) THX.

The data in the app and the watch don't always sync (it doesn't sync about 90% of the time and I have to enter the details manually again)!

Why the hell it's blocked for men? That's quite a discrimination by a sex!

The idea is great but whatever data I put in via my watch does not appear within the app so I then have to enter it all again in my phone!

Working fine until today 10/15/19. Now, refuses to install. What gives?

Developer Reply

Version 1.7.0 updated the setup text to be different if the user is a male, which requires checking gender. As a result, the widget requires a new permission (User Profile access) that needs to be accepted when downloading the update.

You can only analyse symptoms per 1 cycle. This is annoying as I get some symptoms before my period starts yet these are placed in last months "cycle". Should have option to view ovulating cycle etc.
