Sauna rounds on your wrist: timed sauna and cool-down stages, live heart rate, heat load and recovery stats, with no beeps.

HeatCycle turns your Garmin watch into a sauna companion. Press START to begin, then press LAP to move from the sauna to your cool-down and on to the next round. Each stage counts up, so you decide how long you stay.

A large heart-rate graph shows how your body responds in real time. A short vibration marks each stage change, and the app never plays a tone, so it's comfortable to use in a shared or public sauna.

At the end you get a clear summary: total time, sauna and cool-down time, average and maximum heart rate, respiration, a Heat load score, and the heart-rate drop in the first minute of each cool-down. The session is saved as an activity in Garmin Connect, with every sauna and cool-down as its own lap.

Features
- 1–6 rounds of sauna and cool-down (set in the Connect IQ app), with up to 8 rounds using +1 round
- Stages count up and change only when you press LAP
- No tones: a gentle vibration on start and at each stage change, with a distinct pattern when you're done
- Large live heart-rate graph with min/max labels, plus round progress dots
- Whole-session heart-rate graph with sauna/cool-down bands and time/HR axes
- Heat load: sauna minutes weighted by heart-rate zone
- Recovery check: heart-rate drop in the first 60 s of each cool-down
- Mistake-proof: Undo lap, Restart and +1 round from the START menu
- Saved to Garmin Connect with custom fields (stage type, round, HR drop, sauna/cool-down minutes, heat load) and a stage chart
- Settings: number of rounds, max HR, or use your watch's own heart-rate zones
