Strength workout timer for Forerunner 55. Track accumulated work and rest time separately. UP/DOWN adjusts rest in 15-second steps, including during a rest interval.

START starts, pauses and resumes. BACK finishes a set and starts rest, or skips a current rest. When paused, BACK opens Save/Resume/Discard. Work timing resumes when the rest countdown ends.

End-of-rest vibration repeats until BACK or deliberate repeated wrist shaking. BACK remains available if motion detection is unavailable. Physical wrist-shake sensitivity and vibration behavior still need validation on a real watch.

Records workout FIT files with work/rest laps and custom timing fields for Garmin Connect. End-to-end Garmin Connect display is still being validated. No repetition counting, exercise recognition or weight entry.

The developer does not receive workout data or operate a server. Workout data stays on the watch and may sync to your Garmin account through Garmin Connect. No ads or purchases.

This public listing uses a different app ID from the private beta. Save and sync any workout before changing installations. The preview is an interface illustration; actual device fonts may differ.
