This little data field presents your HR Zone and your Power Zone (smoothed based on User Settings, eg: last 3 minutes). This allows you to visualize the drift between HR and Power. Gives you an indication of when things might be amiss - like if you are getting ill, the heat is getting to you, you are getting dehydrated, your cadence is suboptimal, etc. You'll quickly learn what is normal for you. Set your HR and PWR zones in User Settings.
