Track the exercises in your personal recovery routine.

Move Again lets you follow a plan or regimen of your choice on your Garmin watch. Select exercises and set your own sets, repetitions, timed holds, rest periods and resistance.

• Follow clear exercise and rest screens.
• Set your own repetitions, hold times and rest periods.
• Record weight or resistance-band level where applicable.
• Log self-reported soreness from 1 to 10 after each exercise.
• Review your last 10 sessions, including exercise details and soreness entries, directly on your watch.

Soreness entries are personal ratings entered by you. The app does not measure or interpret them, provide a diagnosis or make suggestions based on them.

Sessions are stored locally on your watch and are not uploaded to Garmin Connect.

Move Again is a logging tool: you choose your exercises and settings. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, provide medical advice or determine whether an exercise is safe for you.
