I purchased the package to unlock ALL your watch faces, and I downloaded and installed them to my device. They do appear in the library of watch faces both on my mobile device and my watch. The problem is that I am unable to switch from face to face without the annoying message always appearing telling me "Please go to www.kzl.io/code and enter this code".

Hi Russella, we have replied to your email, but just in case you don't see it - this is a super easy fix. Because Garmin doesn't facilitate linking watch faces or apps, you simply need to unlock each watch face after installation. They will then stay unlocked on your watch. If you go to the link on your watch and select "already purchased", it will allow you to unlock for free. If you have any issues, please reply to our email and we can help out. Have a great weekend!
