ALKOcontrol BETA – how long you definitely must not drive

Log each drink with one press (beer 500 ml 5%, wine 150 ml 12%, spirits 40 ml 40%). ALKOcontrol estimates your blood alcohol and shows ONE number:

NO DRIVING: 2h13 – the shortest possible time during which your level is certainly above the 0.2 ‰ legal limit (Poland). It uses the most favourable values from forensic literature (elimination 0.20 ‰/h, 30% absorption deficit, Widmark r ≥ 0.70 men / 0.60 women, Watson body water from your Garmin profile). When this time is over, the app does NOT say you may drive – it tells you to use a breathalyzer.

Features:
- one-press drink logging and undo
- minimum BAC estimate and chart with the 0.2 ‰ line
- weight, height, age and sex from your Garmin Connect profile
- vibration when the no-driving time ends (app open)
- Polish and English
- no internet, no account, no data leaves your watch

IMPORTANT: This is an estimate, not a measurement. Never decide about driving based on this app. Food, medication, health and drinking speed change the result.

Dodawaj napoje jednym przyciskiem (piwo 500 ml 5%, wino 150 ml 12%, mocny alkohol 40 ml 40%). Aplikacja szacuje poziom alkoholu i pokazuje JEDNĄ liczbę:
