I'm trying to use the stopwatch with a vivoactive 3. Why does it disappear after 30 seconds? Is this a vivoactive setting? (It goes back to my watch face at 30 seconds)
Are the controls really tap and swipe right for laps? It's hard to swipe while im mid sprint?

Hi Mark, all widgets are returning back to the watchface after a certain time of inactivity (depends on watch model). This is something a developer can't change because of Garmin limitations. If you need to see the stopwatch permanently please use "Stopwatch App" instead. As your device is a touch device the only way of taking a lap is to swipe. Bye

but what is the annoying stopwatch icon good for on the start page of the widget?
March 27, 2019, Talkabout
Thanks for the rating! The icon is necessary as otherwise the widget implementation is not allowed to handle all the watch button presses. In the widget loop only the "select" button is available. Only after entering the widget I am able to do custom actions on other button presses.

Agter latest update watch dosnt start anymore. Forerunner 735xt

If you drop me a mail I can send you a custom build app to verify what exactly is the issue. It seems to be something related to the screen update, but it is not reproducible on the simulator.

Após a última atualização o aplicativo não dispara o Cronômetro e ainda as voltas aparecem como negativo. Precisam arrumar. Após isso mudo minha avaliação.

Sorry, I do not understand your comment. Can you drop me a mail in english that describes your problem?

l'application ne se lance presque jamais. On lance le chrono mais lui ne bouge pas et quand on appuie sur la touche retour, on a des temps de passage (mais pas toujours)

Hi, I have gone through the whole menu under settings and alas couldn't find how to start this app on my FR920XT. I am sure I just missed something somewhere.
Can you help please?
BTW, I can't even feedback as I have not yet used it.

Where exactly are you facing issues? For starting the stopwatch you have to press the "select" button on your watch. If this does not work please drop me a mail so I can help you in finding the problem.

Good but why no sound on pressing.

When would you like to hear a sound? On every press or only on start/stop? Drop me a mail with a description what exactly makes sense from your point of view and I will add it to the widget/app.

I've problem on Forerunner 735XT. Time not changing on start. The same problem on application and widget. Firmware 8.30 (a3820af)

I am already trying to figure out the problem. As I do not own a Forerunner 735XT and the simulator does not show the issue, I have to rely on user feedback. I am in discussion with one forum user who wants to help to fix it. I hope it will work out.

it used to work on 735xt , but time dosnt count anymore.. lap time works
September 16, 2017, Talkabout
Can you please drop me a mail with some more information so I can debug the issue? What firmware are you using?
July 19, 2017 | Version 1.4.2
Doesn't work a little on 735xt. Time not changing on start, 0-00-00 constantly. But laps are counting on back press.
July 19, 2017, Talkabout
Can you drop me a mail so we can analyze this issue? On the simulator this is not reproducible, but seems it is related to not working screen updates.
July 16, 2017 | Version 1.4.2
I like it but it would be a bit better&faster if we could just skip the launch icon. As it is, first you wait a second to load the widget and then you need to press the start button to actually show the stopwatch.
July 16, 2017, Talkabout
Thanks for your feedback!
Problem is, that if I would skip the launch icon I would not be able to handle the back-button and thus no way to create laps :) This is a limitation for all widgets that the back-button takes you back to the watch face if you are not navigating into the widget. That is why it is necessary to do it that way.
As an alternative you can try the "StopWatch App" which is an app, as the name suggests, and does not use a launch icon.
