Name: ONE Intelligence Live
Author: ONECYCLING

ONE Intelligence Live is ONE CYCLING's power copilot on your Garmin Edge. Using your CP and W′, it shows while you ride how much anaerobic reserve you have left and how long you can hold your current power.

On screen:
• Power, % of CP and estimated W′ reserve, with its real and predicted recharge.
• Matches: every 25 % drop of your reserve, so you spend your attacks wisely.
• 5-min sustainable power and time until the reserve is empty.
• Race or Training mode, full or simple view, alerts and an eating reminder.

A CP that adapts to the ride:
• That day's altitude and heat (with your phone's weather), fatigue from heart-rate drift, today's readiness if you enable it, and what it learns from your rides.

ONE Climbs: recognises your usual climbs and your team's by GPS, gives the power to crest with the reserve you choose, and can route you to the nearest one.

ONE Workout: loads a session (VO2, threshold, sprints or sweet spot) sized to your CP and W′ into the Edge, which runs it. With TrainingPeaks workouts it shows each step's target in watts.

Terrain: Auto, Road, MTB (terrain states and laps with LAP at the start) or Trainer.

Link it to your ONE profile with an 8-digit code from the portal (onesportscience.com/portal) or enter your CP and W′ by hand. It works without your phone using the stored profile. It adds eleven ONE fields to the activity's FIT file.

Requires a power meter. Add it to a data screen; a single-field screen shows everything.

The W′ reserve and adjusted CP are sports estimates that depend on power data quality and on the profile; they do not measure fatigue or health directly and are not a medical device. The app's screens are in Spanish.

ONE Intelligence Live
