Name: StretchPilot: Warm Up & Cool Down
Author: FikirLtd

StretchPilot brings guided stretching, mobility, warm-ups and cool-downs to your Garmin watch. Follow clear movement cues, take your time getting into position, and move on when you're ready.

A routine for your day
Explore 40 movements across 12 routines, including Runner Warm Up, Runner Warm Down, Gym Warm Up, Gym Warm Down, desk breaks and a gentle Yoga-Style Flow. Runner and gym routines offer quick and full sequences. Warm-ups use controlled movement; warm downs focus on gentle holds.

Stretch at your own pace
Each movement includes an illustrated figure, setup and movement cues, side guidance and a suggested time. Moving figures animate to show the action. A vibration lets you know when the target time is reached; press Select when you're ready to continue. A routine total and a timer for the current move help you follow your session.

Daily Reset is a simple place to begin, with three minutes of suggested movement plus setup at your pace. Adapt or skip any movement that feels unsuitable, and stop if it causes pain.

Your own stretch plans
Create up to five custom plans on your watch, with up to 20 steps each. Choose from the movement catalogue, arrange the order, set durations and preview your plan before saving.

Gentle reminders
Set up to four whole-hour reminders per day, or an hourly window, with optional weekday settings. Optional post-run and post-strength suggestions offer a warm down after your workout. You choose whether to start. Travel and daylight-saving changes are checked when you open the app.

Optional activity recording
Recording is off by default. If you enable it, you can save a flexibility activity to Garmin Connect where supported, or discard it after your session. The app tells you if a save fails. Local history, your streak and minutes this week are available with recording on or off.

StretchPilot works offline, with no account, subscription or ads. The paid edition is a one-time purchase at the price shown in the store.

Prefer to begin with Daily Reset? StretchPilot Free: Stretch & Warm Up includes the complete starter routine and one daily reminder. Settings and history are separate between editions.
