Name: Apnea Tables - CO2 and O2 Hold Training
Author: RiversideArt

Apnea Tables runs the two classic dry training tables from your best hold. The CO2 table keeps every hold at half your best and shrinks the rests; the O2 table keeps the rest and grows the holds from half to 80 percent of your best. You set your best comfortable hold, the rounds and the step in settings.

The screen shows Breathe or Hold, the round and the time left, with a buzz before each change.

Controls:
Select or tap: start or pause
Down: next phase
Up: back to the start of the phase
Back: pause
Menu: reset (press twice once it is running)
Vibration and beeps at each change can both be turned off in settings.

Safety: never practise breath holds alone in water, in a bath or pool, or while driving or anywhere a blackout could hurt you. Train dry, seated or lying down, with someone nearby. This app is a timer, not medical advice.
