Is that unread email spiking your cortisol? Turn the meme into reality with Cortisol Meter!

Whether you are genuinely trying to optimize your physiological recovery, or just want to confirm that a minor daily inconvenience has thrown you into a state of high alarm, this standalone Connect IQ app is here to help.

Cortisol Meter visualizes your Garmin Stress Index—derived from heart rate variability (HRV) markers—as a clean, relative indicator of cortisol activity. Rather than just reading a raw number, the app translates your autonomic nervous system responses into six intuitive zones ranging from resting recovery ("low cortisol" vibe check) to full fight-or-flight states.

Designed specifically for round AMOLED screens, Cortisol Meter delivers a premium dashboard look on your wrist, providing instant feedback on your current recovery, strain, and mental load.

 KEY FEATURES:
  • Viral Audio Playback (New!): Press the START button or tap the screen to play (or stop) the iconic "Low
Cortisol Song" ("Ai Đưa Em Về" - TIA ft. Lê Thiện Hiếu) directly from your watch's buzzer!
  • Real-time HRV Integration: Uses the device's native ActivityMonitor and Sensor History APIs to gather your actual stress score immediately on launch.
  • 6-Zone Colored Dial: Clean visual representation of cortisol levels (Low, Optimal, Normal, Elevated, High,
  Extreme).
  • Dual Themes: Easily swap between AMOLED Dark Mode (pure black) and high-contrast Light Mode (white).
  • Touch & Button Controls: Toggle screen themes using the physical UP/DOWN buttons or a simple vertical swipe on the touchscreen.
  • Premium Fluid Needle: Tapered analog needle that changes color dynamically based on your theme.

  HOW TO USE:

  1. Launch the app from your activities/apps menu.
  2. The dial shows your current cortisol/stress score.
  3. Tap the screen or press the START button to toggle the "Low Cortisol Song" melody.
  4. Swipe UP/DOWN on the screen or press the physical UP/DOWN bezel buttons to switch between Dark and Light mode
  themes.
