Your We Run training plan, on your wrist.

Pair your watch with the We Run app on your phone and this week's and next week's runs from your plan are on the watch, ready to start.

- Each run is set out in its steps: easy, steady, tempo and so on, each with its time or distance.
- The watch buzzes at each change of effort and shows what comes next.
- Choose what the run page shows: time, distance, pace, average pace, lap pace, heart rate, cadence, elevation or the time of day.
- Save the run at the end. It goes to Garmin Connect, and on to Strava if you've linked it, and it's ticked off on your plan in the We Run app.

You need a We Run membership and the We Run app on your phone. Keep Garmin Connect signed in on your phone: it's how the watch gets your runs.

To pair: open We Run on the watch and it shows a code of six letters and numbers. In the We Run app, tap your photo, then Pair your watch, choose Garmin, and type the code.
