App worked wonderfully for three weeks and many training rides. Now suddenly it won’t download workouts and prompts me to reload. I’ve signed in and out several times and uninstalled and installed the app. No solution found. Gone from great to unusable.

What a disappointment! I was very hopeful to test a power workout thanks to today's plan with my stryd device. But it is completely useless as far as the power value is blanked.

I like that the app allows me to do the subjective wellness metrics from the watch. However, when I try to load structured workouts, it often doesn't load some workouts or if I don't have many planned, just says "reload". I am running on the Fenix 5X.

I use a fenix 5, I logged in on connect app on my android phone and I logged in on today's plan app on the phone also. When i run the app on fenix 5, it says "use phone to log in" what else should i do?

I think the Today's Plan app is great. I sync it weekly to get my workouts to both my Garmin Devices. It makes following a scheduled workout so much easier on my Garmin when I am using me Garmin to do my structured workouts instead of Zwift.

Hi Peter, Can you please check your workout download preferences for running. As we support 3 different targets for run, ride and swim workouts we allow you to select which workout targets you want to download. The setting can be found by going to the Garmin Mobile Connect app From the menu on the top left select Garmin Devices, Select your device (935XT), Select Activities & Apps Select the Today's Plan app You can choose to download Pace, Heart rate or Power targets, if you don't have any selected then run workouts won't be downloaded. Your feedback on how we can improve the app is always appreciated.
