Pulse Coach shows the session your coach actually prescribed, while you run it.

Start a run and the field pulls today's workout from your Pulse account — its name, its
steps and the pace band for each one — then shows the pace you are running against the
pace you were asked for. On a race, it projects your finish from the distance you have
left rather than the distance you have done.

 • Today's prescribed workout, step by step
 • The pace band for the step you are in, and whether you are inside it
 • Four data fields you choose yourself — pace, lap pace, heart rate, lap heart
rate, time or distance left in the step, what is coming next, and more —
set once in Pulse, for each part of a run: reps, recoveries, easy runs and races
 • Or a large two-field layout, for numbers you can read at a glance mid-rep
 • A progress ring that fills with the work you have done, red through a recovery
 • Live projected finish for a goal race

Pulse Coach reads only. It does not record your run and it uploads nothing — your
activity reaches Pulse from Garmin Connect or Strava exactly as it does now.

Requires a Pulse coaching account. Paste your device token into the field's settings
(generate one on your profile page in the Pulse app). Without a token the field still
works as a standalone finish-time predictor for a distance you choose.
