Name: Kynelix Sync
Author: Kynelix

Kynelix Sync connects your Garmin to Kynelix Training (training.kynelix.com.ar).

• Downloads the workouts your coach planned for the week, ordered from today onwards.
• Guides you step by step: warm-up, intervals, recovery and cool-down, with time or distance remaining.
• Big, easy-to-read data screens (2 fields per screen): time, distance, heart rate, pace/speed, averages, cadence, calories, power.
• Alerts you when you drift out of the target zone (HR, pace or power).
• Free workout for 12 sports: running, cycling, indoor bike, swimming, strength, CrossFit, functional, trail, hiking, walking, mobility/yoga and rowing.
• History of past workouts (done and missed).
• Records the activity to Garmin Connect as usual. When you finish, your coach sees planned vs. actual.
