RIO Clock is a widget to display current clock time in both local and Rio de Janeiro time zones.

* Current time: RIO Clock just works as multi timezone clock. One in local, other in Rio.
* Local to Rio: You are heading to a local sport bar at 7PM Sat to watch some game. What game? Is it going to be morning, afternoon or evening in Rio? Use RIO Clock to find it out.
* Rio to local: Suppose a TV show says "the final game will be held on 3PM Wed in Rio" and you wonder what time it is going to be in local time zone. Use RIO Clock to find it out.
