The watch app must be used together with the mobile app to function properly. Please ensure that the mobile app version is 25.07.23 or higher.

Some watches have slower communication speeds, so syncing plans or starting a workout may take longer. Please be patient.

！！ Important !!
Due to the limited RAM on the watch, if IQ crashes or force-closes frequently, please reduce the number of running plans and action templates.
Try to keep no more than 3 in total.

Supported on both iOS and Android:

Android: Make sure the Connect app is running in the background. It serves as a bridge between your phone and watch. Without it, your watch may not be recognized.

iOS: Please grant Bluetooth permissions. The Connect app does not need to stay running in the background.

The watch app can be used independently. Training records will sync automatically the next time both the watch and phone apps are opened.

安卓：请保持 Connect 后台运行，手表和手机通信需要这个中转，不然可能识别不到你的手表。
iOS：请授权蓝牙权限，Connect 不需要保持后台运行。
