This app helps you perform high intensity interval training by alerting you with vibrations to switch between high intensity and recovery intervals of fixed durations. Your heart rate is continuously updated and you are notified when you reach your target heart rates for the intervals. The bottom of the screen shows the range of heart rates in the previous interval. The interval durations and target heart rates can be adjusted and saved. At the end of your workout you can save your activity which will contain GPS and heart rate data. The screen background shows the time history of the heart rate, compared with the target heart rate, for the current and previous interval. Before and after the HiiT session, there is a warm-up and cool-down stage - click the right button to end those stages.
