Name: Repe: gym log
Author: INNOVANDOSHOP

Log your sets from your wrist, without taking out your phone.

Repe on your Garmin shows the set you're on, with the weight and reps ready. Adjust with ▲ and ▼, save with START, and the rest starts by itself, buzzing in its last seconds.

• Weight and reps on the buttons, built for watches without a touchscreen
• Rest with a ring, ±15 seconds and skip
• RPE, to failure, skip or add a set from the menu
• New PR! on the spot, with the same rules as the app
• When you finish, your workout lands in Garmin Connect as Strength, with heart rate and calories

You need the Repe app on your phone (free on the App Store and Google Play) and Garmin Connect. The workout lives on your phone: the watch follows it and sends back what you do.

Android: Repe finds your watch on its own.
iPhone: in Repe, tap the watch button in Train (or Settings → Garmin watch), then «Connect Garmin».
