Name: InclineWalk - Tredmill Beta
Author: MarkSmith

Incline walking is one of the best low-impact workouts, but Garmin's treadmill activity records a 15% hike the same as a flat stroll. Incline Walk fixes that.

HOW IT WORKS
Match your watch to the treadmill. Each time you change incline or speed on the machine, change it on your watch. Incline Walk uses your belt speed and incline to work out the height you've climbed.
 CONTROLS
• START: start / pause (then Resume, Save or Discard)
• UP / DOWN: change incline
• Hold UP or tap the screen: switch to changing speed
• BACK is ignored mid-walk, so you can't lose a session by accident
 RECORDED WITH YOUR WALK
 • Incline, belt speed and climb throughout the walk
 • Total climb, belt distance, average incline and max incline
• Heart rate and calories, as a normal Treadmill Walk
Great for 12-3-30, hill intervals and steady incline sessions.
