Name: Tri — one field for your whole triathlon
Author: Terry

One data field for the Garmin Triathlon activity. Add it as the first screen in every leg: it follows by itself whether you swim, transition, bike or run.

Swim: pace per 100 m, distance, time and strokes per minute.
Transition: your transition time with a bar to your goal, the next leg and your total time.
Bike: 3-second power with your target band (speed without a power meter), plus speed and distance.
Nutrition: DRINK or GEL on your own schedule, with a vibration.
Run: run pace, distance, your projected finish time and the gap to your goal.
Finish: your finish time and the time per leg.

The ring around the edge is the whole race, split by your goal times. Set distances, goal times, power and nutrition in the Connect IQ app. Default: Olympic distance.

English and Dutch.
