A good widget for off trail users. I have found myself in emergency situations far from a physical address a few times. I understand the database is too big to have offline wtw, but perhaps in the instance where there is no internet connectivity it defaults to the most readable lat/long format.

Good app, clean and simple. Had an issue with it not loading but that was simply due to my watch needing to be restarted.

Nice, clear and simple. Would it be possible to download a local set of data, say 20km radius, rather than rely on internet connection? And how about an SOS button that sends an SMS message with location in an emergency?

Sadly the accuracy is about 300 mts out, when compared with my Samsung phone.

It times out and goes back to the clock before it gets a chance to display the words. I get 'waiting for GPS' and then 'loading' and then the clock.

Love the app & used it with great success on my previous watch but have finally given up as cannot get it to work on my fenix 6s. Gets to the 'loading' screen & doesn't go any further.

It may be beyond your control but having a life saving location app that requires an internet connection is just pointless. There is no internet at sea, or in the moors or mountains etc. The phone app can store an offline database so it works with just a GPS signal, why cant watch app work that way too ?. If it requires the internet, its useless.

Once outside my Fenix-6 says "Waiting for GPS" for about 30 to 60 seconds, then responds with "Loading", after which it just times out. Very poor IMHO!

Thanks for the one star, Very poor IMHO, too. I own an Fenix 6 an it works normal. Every time... First connect your Fenix to your smartphone (it works only online, because there is no way to get the w3w database to your fenix). Than open the widget, it use the fenix gps to detect the location and then get the w3w in your language. So, because you stand in an bad position to get your GPS signal, and have also an bad internet connection you rate the app with 1 Star... Thank you

On Vivoactive 3, exiting out of widget causes ConnectIQ watch face to disappear and return to the default face.

Well, I have what3words downloaded on my iPhone and it works brilliantly (first heard about this app on the BBC website). I have now added it to my Garmin S60 golf watch and firstly get 'Waiting for GPS' then 'Loading' but nothing more happens. Having said that, I occasionally get three words, but when I look to see where the place is on the iPhone it is somewhere near the 18th green where I completed my round of golf (it seems to retain that location). Can't find any missing connections - can you help?
