This app is wonderful to breath in the 4secs inhale and 6 secs exhale rhythm which gives 6 breathes per rminute. Its perfect to have the vibrations. Because you can sit down and close your eyes and just follow the vibrations as a guide. Would be nice to have a timer where you can set the duration. Thanks anyway for this gerat app.
