Name: FORMA
Author: FORMA

Your rides and runs, straight to FORMA.

FORMA is a data screen that sends your training to the FORMA app by itself, with no extra syncing.

Cycling: 3-second power in big numbers, coloured by your power zone, plus NP, heart rate, cadence, average speed, timer and time of day.

Running: lap pace in big numbers, coloured by your heart-rate zone, plus heart rate, distance, average pace and timer.

When you save, the activity arrives in FORMA with the full power and heart-rate curves, so your Load, Base and Form stay up to date.

Getting started (once):
1. Add FORMA as a data screen to your Bike and/or Run activity.
2. Open the FORMA app and enter the 4-digit code shown on the screen.
