Name: Four - Guided Box Breathing
Author: ShayneBoyer

Four is a simple guided box-breathing timer for your Garmin watch.

Press Start once. After a three-second countdown, follow inhale, hold, exhale, and hold, four seconds each. Large on-screen prompts and brief vibration cues guide each phase without a phone or internet connection.

CHOOSE YOUR SESSION
Select 2, 5, or 10 minutes. Four remembers your last selected duration. The first-use default is 5 minutes.

CLEAR CUES
Inhale: one short vibration.
Hold: two short vibrations.
Exhale: one long vibration.
Completion: three distinct short vibrations.

YOU STAY IN CONTROL
Back pauses and opens Resume / End. Resume continues the current countdown or phase; End finishes early. A single Back press does not terminate your session.

SIMPLE SUMMARY
See active elapsed time and fully completed 16-second cycles. Countdown and paused time are excluded. A 5-minute session contains 18 full cycles plus 12 seconds of the next cycle.

LOCAL BY DESIGN
No account, phone companion, ads, external analytics, or data transmission. Four stores only your duration preference, not session history. It does not read heart rate, location, or other sensors, or record Garmin activities.

BUTTON-FIRST
Essential controls work with physical watch buttons on supported devices. Main-screen touch gestures are intentionally ignored.

Four is a breathing timer, not a medical product. It makes no medical claims. Stop if uncomfortable. Haptic behavior depends on your watch and device settings.
