When the app is started it will count down from 10 and give a vibrate pulse. This is the signal to start breathing in. Always a shallow relaxed breath for 2 seconds. Never hold your breath here, breath out immediately for 3 seconds. Now hold for 5 seconds until the next cycle. This is done for 6 breaths a minute for 10 minutes. This should give you a relaxing feeling, if not do not continue. Stop if you experience discomfort.</p>
