Cette application, prévue principalement pour la course à pied, affiche 5 données principales plus 5 données optionnelles alternatives que vous choisissez dans le paramétrage.
L'écran présente également 3 graphiques:
- En haut de l'écran, la position de votre fréquence cardiaque actuelle par rapport aux 5 zones cibles de votre profil ainsi que la F.C. moyenne et F.C. maximum de l'excercice.
- Au milieu, une barre affiche au choix la cadence (nb pas/min), les calories ou le Training Effect.
- En bas, un graphique présente le pourcentage de temps passé dans les 5 zones cibles de votre profil 
OBJECTIF DE COURSE : Si vous participez à une course, en paramétrant la distance de la course et un objectif en temps, vous visualiserez votre avance ou retard actuel par rapport à votre objectif.

This application, mainly intended for running, displays 5 main data and 5 alternative optional data that you choose in the settings.
The screen also displays 3 graphics
- Top of the screen : The position of your current heart rate in relation to the 5 target zones of your profile as well as the average and maximum F.C. of the workout.
- Middle of the screen : A bar displays the cadence, the calories or the Training Effect.
- Top of the screen : A graph shows the percentage of time spent in the 5 target areas of your profile.
RACE GOAL : If you participate in a race, by setting the distance of the race and a target in time, you will see your current advance or delay compared to your target.
