Hello J! Glad you are enjoying it. The value depends on your watch, but will generally be a value that it detected in the past few minutes or so. It's not strictly an average, but more just the last known value and that value updates every minute or so.

I love bongo cat’s bongo-ing little paws, how he celebrates you winning at step goals by putting on funky sunglasses, and that he dresses up for Christmas. The watch face looks fabulous in lavender on my white vivoactive 3 and works seamlessly. Full marks!!!
