A dense sports dashboard on a near-black dial, laid out as a ruled instrument panel with every reading in its own cell.

Across the top is a three-day forecast: today, tomorrow and the day after, each with a weather icon beside the day's name and the high and low beneath. Today's icon follows the current conditions, a sun by day and the moon in its current phase by night.

The time fills the left of the dial: the hour in white with the minute below it in the accent colour, the minute overlapping the foot of the hour. The weekday and date sit above. It follows the watch's own 12/24-hour setting.

On the right, a ruled column carries calories, steps and battery. Each row has an icon, a label, the value, its target and a ten-block bar that fills towards the goal; steps use the watch's own step goal, and the battery bar turns red when the charge runs low.

Under a second rule, three panels sit side by side, and you choose what each one shows: heart rate, resting heart rate, VO2 max, elevation, body battery, stress, floors climbed or intensity minutes for the week. Elevation, VO2 max and heart rate are the defaults. The day's distance closes the dial at the bottom.

The always-on frame keeps the time alone, dimmed on black, at the same size and place as when the watch is awake.
