Make your working day work for you.

Working from home and hybrid working have transformed the way many of us organise our days. Without the natural structure of a traditional workplace, it can be surprisingly easy to lose track of meetings, breaks, personal tasks - or even when it's time to stop working.

WFH & Hybrid Scheduler brings that structure to your wrist.

Set your working location and hours independently for every day of the week, then create up to five scheduled items such as meetings, lunch, coffee breaks, exercise or personal commitments. Items can occur every working day or only on selected days, making the app equally useful for regular routines and changing hybrid schedules.

At a glance, see what you're doing now, what's coming next, how long until it starts, and when your working day finishes. A progress indicator gives you an instant visual sense of how far through the day you are.

Open Today for your complete daily schedule, or look ahead to Tomorrow so you know what the next working day has in store.

Plans change? No problem. Skip an item for today without altering its regular schedule, or snooze it by 5, 10 or 15 minutes. Your temporary changes are remembered throughout the day while your underlying routine remains intact.

Background alerts help you keep track even when the app isn't open, so your watch can remind you when your next scheduled item is due.

Whether your office is the spare room, the kitchen table or somewhere you commute to a few days each week, WFH & Hybrid Scheduler helps create a clearer boundary between working, taking a break and finishing for the day.

Features include:
• Independent Home, Office or Off setting for every day
• Individual start and finish times for each working day
• Up to five custom scheduled items
• Every-working-day or selected-weekday recurrence
• Current and next activity at a glance
• Countdown to your next scheduled item
• Working-day progress indicator
• Today schedule with selectable items
• Tomorrow schedule preview
• Skip an occurrence without changing the regular schedule
• Snooze by 5, 10 or 15 minutes
• Background scheduled alerts
• 12/24-hour display follows your Garmin preference
• Designed for both touchscreen and button-operated Garmin watches

Important note about background alerts: Garmin displays an X and check mark when a background alert appears. We recommend dismissing the alert with X and opening WFH & Hybrid Scheduler normally if you wish to use the app. On some Garmin devices, launching an app directly with the check option from a background alert may cause the app to become unresponsive. This behaviour is associated with Garmin's background application-wake mechanism and may vary between devices.

**Note on colours: Due to the display technology, some of the Garmin system colours may look muted on actual devices. You will not be able to see things on your device as they are on a computer, due to different technologies for the Garmin device display, and different monitors on the computer which host the simulator.**
