An analog expedition compass for your wrist. A compass bezel, your position in curved text on the ring, three subdials for the data you care about, and thirteen colour schemes to make it yours.

FEATURES
• Compass bezel with degrees and cardinal points, or a 24 hour bezel with a GMT hand for a second time zone. Garmin gives watch faces no compass heading, so the bezel does not turn with you; it is a compass rose, not a compass
• Your position on the ring in degrees minutes seconds, decimal degrees or MGRS, from your watch's last GPS fix
• A second arc of your choice: altitude and how old the GPS fix is, altitude and pressure, sunrise and sunset, the date, the weather, the second time zone, or your own text
• Three subdials, each showing any of 23 values, drawn the way that value reads best: battery, Body Battery, steps against your goal, heart rate, stress, temperature between today's low and high, a 24 hour sun dial with the daylight arc and the sun, the date, altitude, pressure with its 3 hour trend, calories, floors, intensity minutes, Pulse Ox, recovery time, respiration, notifications, UV index, moon phase, a seconds dial, a compass rose, a second time zone or distance
• Thirteen colour schemes: Expedition, Alpine, Polar, Glacier, Ocean, Pepsi, Batman, Ranger, Desert, Bronze, Volt, Stealth and Night vision. Each one colours the bezel, the ring, the dial, the hands and the accents together
• Solid or dark data ring, sword or baton hands, batons or dots for the hours, seconds hand on or off
• Altitude, digital time, the second time zone or the date in the top window, with five pips under it for battery, steps goal, Body Battery or intensity minutes
• Red night vision, to keep your eyes used to the dark: pick it as a colour scheme on the watch, or in the Connect IQ app from sunset to sunrise or always
• Always-on mode for AMOLED: dim hand outlines and hour dots, shifted every minute to protect the display
• 12 or 24 hour, metric or statute, as your watch is set

SETTINGS
On fēnix 8, fēnix 8 Pro, fēnix 9, fēnix 9 Pro, tactix 8, quatix 8, Forerunner 970 and Venu X1, customise it with Garmin's watch face editor: hold MENU, Watch Face, TRAVERSE. Styles sets the bezel and the ring, Accent colour the colour scheme (or night vision), Data colour the colour of the values, and Data the three subdials and the lower arc. Customize, in the same menu, and the Connect IQ app set the rest: the upper arc, the top window, the pips, the hands, the hour marks, the seconds hand, night vision, the second time zone and the pressure unit, and either can put any of the 23 values into a subdial or any text into the lower arc. Your own text is typed in the Connect IQ app.
On epix Pro, quatix 7 Pro, D2 Mach 1 Pro, tactix 7, Venu 3 and Descent, every setting is on the watch under Watch Face, TRAVERSE, Customize, and in the Connect IQ app. Your own text for the arc is set in the Connect IQ app.
