In-Zone is a data field optimised for a single field layout. It is ideal for cardio workouts, displaying heart rate data, calories, heart rate zones, and also providing an effort score based on the time spent in each heart rate zone. The effort score is similar to that found in Strava (suffer score), MyZone (MyZone effort points), and others. Build up points by working out in the high heart rate zones!
- Heart rate zones are taken from your Garmin profile.
- Check at a glance which zone you are in - the whole screen changes colour to indicate how hard you are working.
- Track how much time you have spent in each zone.
- Compete directly with MyZone users based on your effort score.
- Colours are reversible - just change the background colour in the associated App settings.
