Wake up, sync your Garmin and look at your watch and know what kind of day your body is ready for.

KnowYourDay condenses everything your Garmin records, day and night, into one clear morning outlook, measured against your own personal baselines rather than population averages.

Every morning you get: • A clear verdict: All good, Great night, Mostly fine, Take it easy or Recovery day • One practical tip for the day, for example "Good day to train" or "Get to bed early tonight" • What stands out: the one or two things that really changed overnight • Your numbers at a glance, each colour-coded against your usual range

KnowYourDay reads: • Overnight HRV • Sleeping heart rate • Sleep duration • Overnight stress • Respiration • SpO2 • How strongly your heart reacts to effort

Plus two trend views: My Body Data Your body signals over the last 1 or 2 weeks. My Sleep Data Your sleep pattern over the last 1 or 2 weeks.

Why the night matters: Your night is the most honest measurement of the day. No workouts, no coffee, no meetings, just your body recovering. That's when stress, illness, overtraining or a short night show up first, often before you feel them. Wear your watch day and night, especially at night, and KnowYourDay turns those quiet hours into a reliable outlook for the day ahead.

More than a single number: A single HRV or sleep score has limited meaning without context. KnowYourDay compares every night with your personal history: • Your usual range over the last 28 nights • The last few nights, to catch a trend early • Your strongest nights over the past months

This makes it possible to look beyond: "What was my score?" and start asking: "Is this normal for me, and what should I do with today?"

How it works:
