This application is based on the Weather Radar Widget version 4.33, and can display the current rain radar on your devices screen based on your current location from either AerisWeather or RainViewer. Since this is version is a full CIQ application, it will support full screen images on all devices and does not timeout like the widget does. Because the app does not time out, the radar will automatically refresh every 5 minutes. This version can support animated radar on more devices than the widget version.</p>

Ok app.But put off by the yearly fee..Installed and paid similar one off payment for maps4garmin you get weather radar and a Fully work mapping app that has routing functions as well as offline map support......

Maps4garmin is not accessible from the widget/glance loop. Each app has a different focus. The annual fee is to cover the costs of the radar images from one source, and the hosting cost needed to make images from the other source fit on the Garmin screen sizes. Neither are free nor onetime costs.

Não funciona direito. Meu smartphone permanece concertado ao Edge 1030 Plus, porém o a versão App emite uma série de mensagens: "GPS Good", "GPS Usable", "Error -5", "Error 0", ou... "Waiting on position" e nunca acontece nada durante vários minutos. Sem contar que toda vez o app no Edge causa uma desabilitação do sinal do GPS. Paguei 3 dólares por algo que desconfigura meu dispositivo. Não instalem

love this app! i work on/under communication towers in some in remote/rural areas, and having a way to easily see scalable weather radar on my Venu has possibly saved my tail by giving me the info needed to decide whether to proceed or take shelter. unlocked w/very reasonable paypal charge. developer is responsive to questions. if there's a better, weather radar app in the Garmin ecosystem, IDKnow it
