Name: RFP+: your workout on your wrist
Author: RubFitPro

RFP+ on your Garmin watch. You need the RFP+ app on your Android phone and a RubFitPro account (iPhone coming soon).

While you train with RFP+ on your phone, your watch shows:
- Strength: the exercise, the set you are on, the weight and the reps. Adjust the weight (steps of 10, 2.5 or 0.5 kg) and the reps, and tap "Set done" without taking out your phone.
- Rest: a countdown that vibrates when it ends.
- HIIT: the current phase, time left and round, with Pause, Skip and Finish.
- Activities (running, cycling, walking): time and distance.
- Today's workout, and "On the phone" to open it in RFP+.
- Your heart rate, measured by the watch.

Touch watches are controlled by tapping. Button watches use UP/DOWN to change the value, hold UP to switch between weight, reps and step, and START for the main action.

How to start: install RFP+ on your phone from Google Play, sign in and start a workout. The watch connects through Garmin Connect.

The app is in Spanish.

RFP+: your workout on your wrist

- Actividades (correr, bici, andar): tiempo y distancia.
