Name: LookFar
Author: Aura88

LookFar reminds you to rest your eyes during the day and guides you through a short exercise, all on the watch.

Every hour (you choose the interval) the watch asks: "Time for a quick eye break?" Tap Yes and a 20–40 second guided exercise starts: blink slowly, focus on something far away, or move your eyes left, right, up and down. A progress ring and gentle vibrations tell you when to switch steps. Tap No and nothing else happens.

HOW IT WORKS
- Works on its own. The app does not need to be open and does not need your phone.
- Reminders only arrive inside the hours you pick (for example 9 to 21).
- Pause reminders with one tap, or start an exercise any time with "Practice now".

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
- Statistics shows the day as a grid, one cell per reminder: green = done, red = started but stopped, grey = no answer. Swipe to look at earlier days (30 days are kept).
- See the share of reminders you completed and your current streak of exercises done in a row.

EVENING EYE CHECK-IN (optional)
- After your active hours, LookFar can ask three quick questions: how your eyes feel, what bothered them most, and how long you spent on screens. Answers stay on your watch.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
- No account, no ads, no network access. Everything is stored on the watch only.

LookFar is a reminder and exercise timer for general wellbeing. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If your eyes hurt or your vision changes, see an eye-care professional.

Reminders use a system prompt on the watch; it closes by itself after a few minutes if you do not answer. Timing of background reminders is controlled by the watch and can vary by a few minutes.
