Finally one of the missing pieces has arrived. It is now possible to transfer routes from Strava (and quite a few other route planners) to my Edge 1000 without the hassle of downloading files to a computer and transferring the gpx-files through a usb-cable. Well done! The companion web-site that can be used on my mobile phone to create a route while on the road is also a good addition to my tool-set. It is surprisingly easy to use, but when it comes to routing-capabilites it lacks the intelligence of Strava's route-planner. I am now lookingforward to the spring thawing away the snow, so I can give this a real try outdoors!

Great App, finally the investment into the Oregon 700 paid out. I can transfer my tracks without any usb connection.

Thanks for getting ride of the swiping, it was rather confusing. I had to reconnect my Under Armour to get it to refresh but it is now working great.

Transferred my strava routes to Garmin 820 Explore as if by magic!

THE app I did wait for in combination with an Edge520 !

December 24, 2016 | Version V1.1.0003

Upgraded to the new version and indeed - no more swiping left/right necessary. All courses on the same screen - local ones as well as cloude-courses. Perfect!

Very fast response with optimal solution for use on Oregon.

Good app, and rapid response and solution from the developer when there is a question.

Easy to use and great functionality that should have been standard on Garmin. KUPTGW!!!

On Garmin Oregon 750 I can see there is one route in Cloud but there is no way to show it on the list. On the video on Edge pushing the lateral button you list the routes, but in Oregon 750 there is no way to show it. On the menu button I see three options; (A) Refresh cloud routes, (B) Exit routeCourse and (C) Cancel. If I select (A) I still see an empty list. Regards, Manuel.

Hi Manual. You just need to swipe-left to see the cloud routes.

Awsome !!!!!

Great way to organize routes from various sources in one place. The site allows you to connect accounts and import gpx (which is terribly absent in Garmin Connect). And the app on the Garmin device rocks! It enables you to pull any route from your account to the device and launch it immediately. This app and the site takes a lot of the hassle out of the whole process of creating and organising routes. The whole thing is constantly under development and the developer is quick to respond to email. I suggested a feature and it was implemented within a week. Kudos, great app!

Actually elevations for imported routes will be included in the free app's downloads in an update to the system that should be going live later today, if all looks good in final testing.

I have tested it! For start this is something that Garmin should have done for a long time. Kudos to you. There are a little bit of steps until you get it working but hen its easy to import gpx via the website and garmin IQ app detects in the cloud. Works like a boss! Nice for holidays!!!

Tested it with my Edge1000 and it's perfect for downloading courses from the internet. No laptop needed. Just Edge, iPhone and iPad.

I am planning to use this app while I am travelling and do not have a laptop with me. So if I am staying somewhere and want to hike I can download a gpx track on the iPhone and then use dwRoute to get it on my Oregon 700 as a Route. That saves batteries on the iPhone and the Oregon is much better readable in sunlight. Marco
