A SMALL PAUSE. YOUR OWN RHYTHM.

Make a little space in your day with Peacehabit — a gentle breathing companion, right on your wrist. Follow the softly expanding and contracting circle, choose a comfortable rhythm, and take a moment for yourself.

FIND YOUR RHYTHM
Choose one of three inhale/exhale patterns:
• Gentle beginning: 4 seconds in, 4 seconds out.
• Let the day soften: 4 seconds in, 6 seconds out.
• Quiet moment: 5 seconds in, 5 seconds out.
These practices have no breath holds. Breathe comfortably rather than forcing a deeper or slower breath.

MAKE IT YOUR OWN
Create a custom rhythm with independently adjustable inhale and exhale lengths from 1 to 10 seconds. Your custom rhythm is saved locally, ready for your next pause.

YOUR TIME. YOUR PAUSE.
Choose a 1, 3, 5 or 10 minute session. See the current breathing phase, its countdown and the time remaining. Pause when you need to; paused time does not use up your session.

GENTLE CUES — OR SILENCE
Optional vibration cues mark the change between inhaling and exhaling: one short cue for inhalation and two short cues for exhalation. You can switch vibrations off. Your preference is remembered on the watch.

ONE MOMENT AT A TIME
Fully completed sessions add to your locally stored “moments of calm” count. Practices you leave before completion are not counted. No streak pressure, no rankings and no account required.

SIMPLE CONTROLS
• START: select, begin, pause or resume.
• BACK: pause an active practice, then leave it.
• After completion, use BACK to return.

FREE AND INDEPENDENT
This breathing app works offline. No subscription, payment, Peacehabit login or phone connection is required. It does not access personal sensor data or transmit practice history. Settings and the completion count stay on the watch; they do not sync with the website or Android app.

This application guides breathing visually and with optional vibrations. It does not play music or spoken guidance. Peacehabit Music is a separate audio provider; simultaneous use with breathing practice has not yet been verified on a physical watch.

Peacehabit is for general relaxation, not diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. Always breathe comfortably and stop if you feel unwell.
