I love this app. Straight forward, adjustable time for exercises and rests. Clear and easy to use. Couldn't ask for more

Is it possible to set several cycles in the application? So that a single training session lasts up to half an hour.

Excellent app for 7 Minutes Workout. However, the last exercise, side plank, is done twice. Once for each side. That is why you get 13 exercises and about 8 minutes. I just ignore the last exercise by limiting the number of exercises to 12 and try not to be bothered by the addition ‘Left’ in the description. There are optional 10 s alerts. Of more interest would be an optional halftime alert (15 s), so you can switch side on the side plank, but also change side in Step up onto chair.
