Pick a breathing method, choose how long you want to go, and let your watch keep time.

Breathe Cadence includes Steady 6, Long Exhale, Equal 4, Box, 4-7-8, Humming Breath, Gentle Pause, and a custom pace you can set yourself. Every method lets you choose a session length from 1 to 60 minutes.

A short countdown gives you time to get ready. Then the screen shows when to breathe in, breathe out, or hold. Moving colour markers and vibrations help you follow along. You can pause and resume.

The app remembers your last method and custom timings. Sessions finish at the end of a full breath, so they may run slightly past your chosen time.

Steady 6 and Long Exhale are options if you want an HRV-oriented pace. The app does not measure HRV or save a Garmin Connect activity. Keep it open during a session to get the cues.
