implays HRV

Description

Implays HRV provides a standardized and comparable way of measuring heart rate variability (HRV). Implays Morning HRV is based on established SmartWake technology adding beat to beat recording on top of it for calculation HRV paramters. Note that Implays HRV is only available in combination with implays.de. Data will be calculated and displayed only within the application. It is primarily adressing personal coaches and fitness coaches.</p>

This app requires access to:

  • Sensor data (i.e., ANT+, heart rate, compass)

App has buzzed randomly while I’m trying to fall asleep. Stress and body battery don’t work while this app is on. This morning the time-band I set for wake up didn’t work. Overall unfortunately not very usable right now

Needs to be run as activity and therefore blocks stress & body battery recording. It also added 2 Liters required water intake. Unfortunately not usable for me with these issues :( (Version 1.0.1 with Fenix 6x pro solar)
