Description

This watch face is a circular adoption of the Berlin-Clock or set theory clock. It was developed by Dieter Binninger in the mid-seventies. Originally, it was standing at Kurfürstendamm in Berlin. A copy was installed at the Sparkasse building in the city center of Oldenburg. The time can be read by adding packages of 5- and 1-hours and minutes, respectively (see image). Reading starts at the top and goes clockwise. Since I converted the bars to arcs, I call it cyclic Binninger watch, short CyBy-Watch. A red dotted circle indicates the battery power left. This center circle tuns green while charging. In addition, the middle ring can be customised to show battery charge, step goal, floor goal, active minutes goal or, step goal (left) and battery charge (right). If connected via bluetooth, the center round second "lamp" will be blue instead of yellow.

I've had this watch face for over a year. I love how you have to think a little to know what time it is at first. My friends think I'm werid but there just jealous. It works smoothly and I don't experience any problems, customs easy and looks great. Ich liebe die uhr.

Einziger Schwachpunkt: der Blinker in der Mitte, der die BT-Verbindung meldet. Sobald ich die Reichweite verlasse und dann wieder zurückkomme, muss ich manuell synchronisieren, damit der Blinker richtig angezeigt wird. Kleinster Bug, aber nervt. Danke fürs Angreifen.

Great watchface! One of my favorite. Thank you very much! Can I ask you to add one more feature? It will be great if you add third color to bluetooth indicator to display unread notifications. For instance 1st color (ex. yellow) - bluetooth is disconnected. 2nd color (ex. blue) - bluetooth connected and there is no notifications, 3rd color (ex. green, can be adjusted in set up menu) - bluetooth connected and there is at least 1 unread notification. If the user don't want to see notification, he can set color 3 the same like color 2, so it will show bluetooth connection status only.

Hmm. Do you by chance wear a Vivoactive HR? Then: https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/b235d104-e36b-4a7c-845e-64947a555d14 Otherwise I would have to adapt this version for general use.

I've had this for 3 years now, on 2 different Garmins! The only thing I wish is that there was an option to never show steps/battery, and only see the date ring all the time. Otherwise, I love it, and will be using it as long as I have a Garmin!

Thank you so much :-) And: I already implemented your request for you. In the coming release you can inactivate the gesture. Depending on the other settings, CyBi will then permanently show either the date or battery, activity goal ... Stay tuned, it still needs some testing :-)

Wonderful face. I have some thoughts tho. Needs two things: 1. Rounded edges for the dashes, this way it would be even better looking 2. Separate options for hours and minutes colors, I would prefer my hours red and minutes yellow, just like the real Berlin clock.
