Name: Bike Commuter Watch Face

A watch face in 24hr  time only, with outside temperature and heart rate always visible.
The watch face is design for the bike commuter and people who like to play outside and want the relevant data at a glance.

This also display the high and low temperatures (in Celsius) for the day. The wind speed (in km/hr) and direction and the POP for today are shown (in blue). The forecasted temperature, wind, and POP are shown at 9AM (in red) an 5PM (in yellow) (since those are approximately when commuting occurs). The battery level is indicated (in green).
The sun and moon position are shown on the ecliptic plane (in yellow and grey) and the sun rise and set times are shown in a shortened format. The different stages of twilight are also displayed on the sides in white, while the sun is in twilight it will show as orange. The change in the sunrise or sunset time per day is displayed (double this for the change of daylight). The time until sunset is show in a shortened format while the sun is up. The POP is indicated by a full dot positioned the corresponding fraction around the watch face from the 12 o'clock position. The day of the month and seconds are also shown. The screen updating has been optimized to to minimize power draw, so the heart rate will only be updated every 2 seconds.

Currently this does not have any settings and only supports the vivoactive 4s.
If there is interest support for more devices can be added and the ability to specify the commute times.
