Structured indoor cycling and running workouts, designed for Garmin watches.

Indoor Endurance Coach guides you through endurance, tempo, threshold, VO2 max and interval sessions with clear targets, stage timing and next-stage previews. Pair a compatible Bluetooth FTMS smart trainer or treadmill, or complete a Run workout using your watch only.

KEY FEATURES
• Structured Bike and Run workouts, including Recovery, Base, Tempo, Threshold, VO2 Max and Intervals.
• Clear Preflight checks before every session: READY, LIMITED or NOT READY.
• Workout guidance showing Actual, Target, Delta and Stage Remaining.
• Upcoming-stage previews and countdown alerts before target changes.
• Bike ERG support on compatible FTMS equipment.
• Optional treadmill speed and incline control with explicit authorization and safety limits.
• Watch-only Run fallback when no treadmill is connected.
• Automatic downgrade to manual or read-only training if control is unavailable or the connection drops.
• FIT activity recording for Garmin Connect and compatible connected services.
• Recovery information when a completed activity cannot be fully saved.

SMART EQUIPMENT
Available metrics and controls depend on the equipment model, firmware and advertised Bluetooth Fitness Machine Service capabilities. A successful Bluetooth connection does not automatically mean that machine control is available. The app clearly distinguishes pending, granted, manual and lost-control states.

SAFETY
This app is not an emergency stop. Always use the equipment’s physical STOP button, safety key and built-in safety systems. Treadmill control is disabled by default and must be explicitly authorized for each workout. Never leave remotely controlled fitness equipment unattended.

SUPPORT
When reporting an issue, include your Garmin model, equipment model and firmware, selected workout, and whether data reading or equipment control was affected.
