Name: Fuel Reminder: Eat & Drink Alerts
Author: DMSWatchApps

Don't forget to eat on long runs and rides: eat and drink alerts plus carbs per hour on your data screen.

• Separate countdowns for eating and drinking with progress rings
• Full-screen alert + vibration + tone when it's time
• Carbs taken so far and g/hour vs. your target
• Compact layout for small data-field slots
• Set intervals, carbs per serving and target in Garmin Connect
• Works on watches and Edge bike computers

How to add: on the watch open an activity (Run, Bike…) → hold UP/MENU → Settings → Data Screens → choose a screen and a field → Connect IQ → Fuel Reminder. On Edge: Activity Profiles → Data Screens.

Carbs are counted from the schedule (one serving per eat alert).

Fuel Reminder: Eat & Drink Alerts

Garmin Connect
Edge
