Name: Gym – Strength Training Log
Author: Luxxo

Gym logs your weight training from the wrist, with no phone and no plan to set up. Pick the exercise when you get to the machine, do your sets, and Gym remembers what you lifted last time.

• FREE MODE – You build the workout as you go: when you finish an exercise, choose the next one. 45 exercises are included (bodyweight ones too), exercises you have used appear first with what you did last time, and "Other name…" lets you type your own.
• SETS & REPS YOUR WAY – Pick a plan for each exercise: 3×15, 3×12, 3×10, 4×12, 4×10, 2×10 or pyramids like 12-10-8-8. Each set shows its reps and the counter (2/4). The next time you do that exercise, the plan from your last session is used automatically. Supersets: alternate two exercises, each with its own plan.
• WEIGHT OR BODYWEIGHT – Reps and kg are pre-filled from your last session and carry over any weight you add today. Bodyweight exercises (push-ups, pull-ups, dips…) show no kg.
• AUTOMATIC REST – Rest ends by itself when your heart rate has dropped (65% of your max by default) and half the suggested time has passed: the watch vibrates and moves on to the next set, so you only press START when you finish each set. Or choose a fixed rest (45 s, 60 s, 90 s, 2 min), add or remove 15 s with UP/DOWN, or switch to manual in settings.
• HEART RATE AT A GLANCE – A gauge with your zone colors, plus a chart page with your heart rate through the whole session (brighter during sets), calories, average and max.
• REAL PROGRESS – Weight and rep improvements over last time, personal records (estimated 1RM), volume (kg lifted) compared with your previous workout, and how much your heart rate drops in the first minute of rest.
• SUMMARY & HISTORY – Totals, heart rate per exercise and time in each zone. Your last workouts stay on the watch.

SAVED TO GARMIN CONNECT
Each workout is saved as a Strength activity with heart rate, calories and time. Every set is a lap with its reps and weight, and the summary includes volume, sets and reps. Garmin does not let apps write the built-in exercise sets, so exercise names are kept on the watch.

HOW TO USE IT
• START: finish the set (and, if rest is manual, start the next one).
• UP / DOWN: change reps, or add/remove rest time. BACK or swipe: change page.
• Hold UP: menu (sets & reps, rest time, edit weight, body weight, other exercise, alternate, finish).
• On the start screen: UP, then "How it works" for a quick guide.

SETTINGS (on the watch or in Garmin Connect)
• Default sets & reps, rest time (automatic by heart rate or fixed), what happens after resting (go to the next set automatically or wait for START).
• Rest until heart rate drops to 60 / 65 / 70% of your max.
• Weight step: 1 / 2.5 / 5 kg. Accent color.

Black background and few lit pixels to save battery on AMOLED screens; the screen goes dark when you lower your wrist.

Languages on the watch: English and Spanish.

Gym – Strength Training Log

BACK o deslizar: cambian de página.
